The New York Stock Exchange today announced a significant upgrade to the functionality of nyse.com that allows individual investors to submit online complaints and inquiries relating to sales practices and operational issues at our member firms.

NYMEX Announces Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer

NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that its chief financial officer, Lewis A. Raibley, III, has resigned to accept a position with another company. Kenneth D. Shifrin, the Company's vice president and controller, has been appointed acting chief financial officer effective immediately, pending completion of the search process for Mr. Raibley's replacement.

NYBOT And NYMEX Sign MOU On Possible NYMEX Use Of eCOPS

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (NYMEX), and the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®), announced today that the two exchanges have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore the possible use of the NYBOT eCOPS® for NYMEX commodities. The NYBOT’s electronic commodity operations system, an electronic platform which fully automates deliveries of commodities, now handles Exchange coffee and cocoa deliveries.

GL TRADE Opens An Office In Taiwan To Provide Support To Securities Houses And FCMs

GL TRADE is opening an office in Taipei to support a base of 15+ customers and a growing business in Taiwan (turnover up by 284% in Q1 2005). The office will start in July 2005 in the financial district of Hsin Yi near Taipei 101.
