  • Ryanair Holdings plc To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning February 14, 2007

    Ryanair Holdings plc (NASDAQ:RYAAY) of Ireland, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (NASDAQ:NDX) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (NASDAQ: NDXE) prior to market open on February 14, 2007. Ryanair Holdings plc will replace American Power Conversion Corporation (NASDAQ: APCC). Ryanair Holdings plc will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (NASDAQ:QQQQ).

    The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today announced that as of February 5 it has successfully completed the migration of all its equity products, structured products and exchange traded funds onto AEMISM, its new state-of-the-art trading platform, which launched November 6. With all of Amex’s equity products on the new AEMI platform, Amex will be ready to comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regulation NMS rules.

  • CBOE Files S-4 Registration Statement With SEC

    The Chicago Board Options Exchange announced that its subsidiary, CBOE Holdings, Inc., has filed an S-4 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that sets forth the terms of its proposed demutualization transaction. CBOE's proposed demutualization is subject to regulatory approval by the SEC and a vote of the CBOE membership.

  • SEC: Joseph Ucuzoglu Named As Senior Advisor To The Commission's Chief Accountant
