AuditBoard, the AI-powered global platform for connected risk transforming audit, risk, and compliance, today announced the paradoxical results of its 2025 Organisational Culture and Ethics survey. While nearly all governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) professionals recognise the importance of organisational culture, it remains virtually unmanaged. While culture is the lens through which every risk, decision, and behaviour is expressed, the data found that organisational culture is deeply undermanaged. It’s valued but not fully operationalised, recognised but not owned, measured reactively, and addressed in silos instead of systemically.

Hana Securities And Meritz Securities Have Launched New ETNs, Tracking Solactive Natural Gas Total Return Leverage Indices

Together, GAIP and Geneva Association have contributed to a myriad of global efforts to strengthen risk resilience, to close protection gaps, and to promote inclusive insurance.

Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission Bans Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited’s Former Responsible Officer Richard Charles Heyes For Five Years

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has banned Mr Richard Charles Heyes, a former responsible officer (RO), Manager-In-Charge (MIC) of Key Business Line, board member, and Head of Pan-Asia Equities of Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited (CGMAL), from re-entering the industry for five years from 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2030.

Started JPY Interest Rate Swap Clearing Service For U.S. Customers With U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)’s Approval

On September 12, 2025, Japan Securities Clearing Corporation (JSCC) received a regulatory authorization from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.S. regulator, allowing JSCC, under certain conditions, to expand the clearing services of JPY interest rate swap (JPY-IRS) to customers which fall under the CFTC’s definition of U.S. person (hereinafter referred to as “U.S. Customers”). The authorization also exempts JSCC’s Clearing Members clearing JPY-IRS for U.S. Customers from the requirements to register as Futures Commission Merchants (FCM) or Commodity Trading Advisors (CTA), subject to certain conditions. JSCC may continue to clear JPY-IRS for the proprietary accounts of U.S. persons - e.g., U.S. and non-U.S. affiliates of any clearing members, U.S. clearing members and the CFTC-registered FCMs.

Gemini Announces Closing Of Initial Public Offering And Full Exercise Of Underwriters' Option To Purchase Additional Shares

Gemini Space Station, Inc. ("Gemini"), a global crypto platform, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of an aggregate of 15,937,501 shares of Class A common stock at a public offering price of $28.00 per share. The shares sold included 300,565 shares sold by Gemini and 458,364 shares sold by the selling stockholders pursuant to the underwriters' over-allotment option. Gemini did not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares of Class A common stock by the selling stockholders. The Class A common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 12, 2025, under the ticker symbol "GEMI."
