Change In Management Of The Copenhagen Stock Exchange

As member of the executive team at OMX Hans-Ole Jochumsen works to create the OMX Nordic Exchange through the integration of the exchanges in Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen, Tallin, Riga and Vilnius. To focus on this task Hans-Ole is stepping out of the management board of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Simultaneously Deputy President Jan Ovesen is appointed President of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange from September 15, 2006.
