Borse Dubai has today filed an appeal with the SFSA regarding its ruling of 23 August 2007 on our first press announcement of 9 August 2007 constituting a public offer. Borse Dubai fully respects the ruling but feels that it raises matters that should be clarified in the public interest as well as specifically with respect to the OMX transaction. Borse Dubai remains of the belief that it acted in good faith and according to applicable Swedish law process.

Standard & Poor’s as part of the quarterly rebalancing, will change the shares outstanding and IWF for the S&P Japan 500 and its sub-indices effective after the close of trading Friday, September 14, 2007. New shares outstanding and IWF can be downloaded in Excel format using the link below. Companies that are constituents of the S&P Global 100 are denoted by an asterisk. There will be no constituent additions or deletions.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The unitholders of Sound Energy Trust (TSX:SND.UN) have approved the business combination with Advantage Energy Income Fund (TSX:AVN.UN). As a result, Sound Energy Trust will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index effective after the close on Monday, September 10, 2007.
