    The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that it has permanently suspended from practicing before the Commission an attorney who took a primary role in his client's fraud and filed false and misleading documents with the Commission.

  • KCBT Sees Second-largest February Trading Volume - KCBT February Trading Volume Second Largest For Calendar Month

    The Kansas City Board of Trade trading volume for the month of February was the second largest for that calendar month in the history of the exchange. Total exchange volume amounted to 455,112 contracts, an increase of 25.1 percent compared to last February and 29 percent compared to last month. February total monthly volume is second only to February 2006, which saw trading volume of 547,690 contracts.

  • Strong Growth Continues At MGEX, Record February Volume

    Unprecedented volatility and record prices continued in the Minneapolis Grain Exchange’s (MGEX or Exchange) Hard Red Spring Wheat contract contributing to another record-setting volume month. February trading closed with an all-time high volume for February of 190,327 contracts surpassing the previous February volume record set in 2005 of 175,748 contracts by 8.3 percent. This is the 4th highest volume month in MGEX history and the fifth month in a row to post a new volume record.
