The International Securities Exchange (NYSE: ISE) today announced the launch of a colocation service, providing ultra low-latency connectivity to ISE's options and stock exchanges. With the colocation service, ISE member firms will be able to place their trading hardware in the same building as ISE's data center, which will facilitate network transit times of less than 200 microseconds.

These failings resulted in a number of actual and attempted frauds against Norwich Union Life's customers.
