Today Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the Working Guidelines on Internal Audit of Companies Listed on the SME Board, in attempts to further regulate internal audit of these firms and enhance the quality of internal audit practices.

At the end of the settlement date of December 14, 2007, short interest in 2,702 NASDAQ Global Market(sm) securities totaled 8,091,708,341 shares compared with 8,154,966,590 shares in 2,703 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of November 30, 2007. The mid-December short interest represents 3.88 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 4.07 days for the prior reporting period.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Board of Governors (BoG) resolved today (Dec. 26) to establish the mai Matching Fund Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary, operating as a venture capitalist with an initial fund of THB 10 million, derived from the initial budget of THB1,000 million (approx.
