Turkish Consortium Buys 95% Of Iranian Razi Petrochemical Company

On Wednesday Feb 20 a consortium led by Turkish fertilizer firm, Gubre Fabrikalari T.A. S. made the highest offer of 700 million USD for Iranian Razi Petrochemical, which has been privatized. This offer was 3/8 million USD higher than the base price. This consortium consisted of other three partners: Asia Gas Energy (Turkish), Tabosan(Turkish) and Shaghayeghsazane rangin(Iranian).
