Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The shareholders of Cyries Energy Inc. (TSX:CYS) have accepted the share exchange offer of 1.62 shares of Iteration Energy Ltd. (TSX:ITX) per share of CYS. Cyries Energy will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap indices after the close on Tuesday, March 11, 2008.

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced the closing of its $200 million acquisition of Wombat Financial Software (Wombat), the technology innovator and world leader in market data management solutions, as previously announced on January 14, 2008. Wombat will join TransactTools as part of the newly formed NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions division.
