The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today that on May 14, 2009, the Federal District Court in Los Angeles, California, entered an order freezing the assets of Gordon A. Driver of Las Vegas, Nevada, and his Las Vegas-based companies, Axcess Automation LLC (Axcess Automation) and Axcess Fund Management LLC (Axcess Fund Management). Deutsche Börse Systems With Further Reduction In Network Latency - Lower Latency For Transactions And Market Data Dissemination In Proximity Services

Deutsche Börse Systems announced today that it has implemented a new dedicated backbone infrastructure to reduce latency for unencrypted Enhanced Transaction Solution connectivity in the Proximity Services data centers. The new backbone infrastructure combines state of the art network equipment, 10 Gbps (gigabits per second) fibre optic network connectivity and additional gateways.
