HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Hang Seng Bank Futures
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 9 July 2008, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. SGX Moves To New Securities Trading Engine
Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) is pleased to announce that it today moved its securities market to a new, enhanced trading system. The new trading engine, Quest-ST, replaces Central Limit Order Book (CLOB), which has served the industry for 19 years since it was launched in March 1989.

A Glorious Day For Tehran Stock Exchange
July 6th marked a new record in the 40 year history of the Iranian capital market. The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TEPIX) gained 590 points, demonstrated a 4.7 percent increase in one single day and reached 12,512 units. The TSE Price and Dividend Index (TEDPIX) which calculates both the price movement and market return also jumped up 6.2 percent to 47,017 units; a 2,925 points increase.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices
Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series 2, of Xstrata Canada Corporation (TSX:FAL.PR.A) have been called for redemption on Thursday, July 10, 2008, at $25.50 per share. The shares will be removed from the S&P/TSX Preferred Share Index after the close of Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
