NZX Gender Diversity Annual 2014 And Q4 statistics
Under Listing Rule 10.4.5(j) NZSX listed companies (excluding overseas companies) are required to include in their Annual Report quantitative data on the gender breakdown of the Directors and Officers at the financial year end and including comparative figures for the prior financial year end.

United Nations Sustainability Committee: Choosing EGX As A Model For Effective Communication With The Market Participants
The United Nations (UN) sustainability committee, formed as per the UN’ initiative for the stock exchanges’ sustainability (UN-SSE), chooses the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) as a reference model for communication between the stock exchanges and the other market participants. The Committee expressed its appreciation for EGX’ efforts in the sustainability field, and praised EGX’ model for the effective communication with the market’ parties, and called the initiative’ members of the other stock exchanges to follow both of EGX and the Brazilian Stock Exchange "Bovespa" as pioneered models in this field.

FINRA Requests Comment On Proposal To Require Alternative Trading Systems To Submit Quotation Information Relating To Fixed Income Securities To FINRA For Regulatory Purposes

FINRA is soliciting comment on a proposal to require alternative trading systems (ATSs) to submit quotation information relating to corporate and agency debt securities to FINRA solely for regulatory purposes. The proposed rule text is attached as Appendix A.

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services: Greece Long-Term Rating Lowered One Notch To 'B-' And Kept On CreditWatch Negative
OVERVIEW
- Liquidity constraints have narrowed the timeframe during which Greece's new government can reach an agreement with its official creditors on a financing programme, in our view.
- We believe the potential uncertainties surrounding the timing and success of such an agreement risk exacerbating deposit outflows, depressing investment, and weakening tax compliance.
- As a result, we have lowered our long-term rating on Greece to 'B–' from 'B'.
- The long- and short-term ratings remain on CreditWatch negative.

MIAX Options Exchange: Market For Underlying Security Used For Openings On MIAX As Of February 9, 2015
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2015-08 identifies newly listed option classes that will start trading at MIAX on Monday, February 9, 2015, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.

Alberta Securities Commission Alleges Poseidon Executives Overstated The Company’s Revenue
Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) staff have issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Poseidon Concepts Corp., Lyle Dennis Michaluk, Matthew Cory MacKenzie, Clifford Leroy Wiebe and Joseph Anton Kostelecky breached Alberta securities laws by filing financial statements that overstated Poseidon’s revenue and accounts receivable. In doing so, ASC staff also allege they acted contrary to the public interest.
