  • Readout From A Treasury Spokesperson Of Secretary Mnuchin’s Meeting With Canada’s Minister Of Finance William F. Morneau

    Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin met in Washington yesterday with Canada’s Minister of Finance Bill Morneau .  They discussed the importance of economic growth, the trade relationship between the United States and Canada, and strong collaboration on combating the financing of terrorism and other illicit economic activity.  Secretary Mnuchin looked forward to working with Minister Morneau in the G7 and G20 to advance common priorities to increase strong, sustained, and balanced global growth.

    In February 2017, total trading volume across Moscow Exchange"s markets was RUB 63.9 trln. The Equity and Bond Market posted the strongest growth (+34.7%) during the month, with bond trading volumes rising by 77.4%. Money Market trading volumes also increased (+1.3%).

    • Increase of the volume of trade in futures by 4.2 percent YoY to 575.3 thousand contracts
    • Increase of the total value of trade in bonds on TBSP by 54.6 percent YoY to PLN 33.9 billion
    • Increase of the total volume of transactions in gas by 18 percent YoY to 10.1 TWh

  • Boerse Stuttgart Reports Turnover Of More Than EUR 7 Billion In February - Trading Volume In Debt Instruments (Bonds) And Equities Well Up On Previous Year

    According to its order book statistics, Boerse Stuttgart generated turnover in excess of EUR 7 billion in February 2017. The trading volume was down on the high figure for the previous month, but up slightly in comparison with February 2016.
