    Recently, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (hereinafter referred as BSE) signed a memorandum of understanding regarding jointly promoting the capital market cooperation, serving the development of small-and-medium enterprises and innovative enterprises of two countries.

    On 26 May, 2017, public-issued corporation bonds of innovative startup company ’17 Improve S1’, first of its kind, listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the issuing volume of 300 million yuan, and coupon rate of 5.65 %. Its issuer, Guangzhou Improve Medical Instruments Co., Ltd., a company listed on the ChiNext, rated AA-, while the rating of the bonds being AAA. Shenzhen High-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd. provided credit-added guarantee for the bond.

  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Hold Capital Operation Theme Training Jointly With CSIC

    From 25th-26th, May, 2017, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) worked with China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation(CSIC) in organizing a training with the theme of capital operation as an activity of walk into SZSE. More than 40 persons including staff from the asset department of CSIC and from CSIC subsidiaries which were or going to be listed, and from related companies, participated in the training. Li Hui, vice general manager of SZSE, and Zhang Yingdai, Chairman of board of director of CSIC, delivered speeches in the training and participated in the symposium.
