The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today the settling of charges against Respondents Arthur Toole III of Atlanta, Georgia, and his companies, Billionaire Investor Group (BIG), a Texas limited liability company, The Toole Group Inc. (Toole Group), a Texas corporation, and Catalyst Traders LLC (Catalyst), a Georgia limited liability company, for misappropriating commodity pool funds, fraudulent misrepresentations, commingling pool funds, and acting as an unregistered commodity pool operator.

Moscow Exchange: Change Of FX Market Test Environment For FIX/FAST

In order to provide test access to the new FX trading mode at the price of fixing, starting from 21 July 2017 the new versions of MFIX Trade, Trade Capture, Drop Copy as well as the FAST UDP multicast market data services for the FX market will be switched from the INETCUR to the SPCUR test environment.

MGEX Breaks July Monthly Volume Record With Eight Days To Go

MGEX, a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO), announces it has broken the July monthly volume record with eight days remaining. The previous July record was 188,361 contracts, set in 2015; volume through Wednesday totals 191,324 contracts.
