The OCC and other federal financial agencies published a notice of proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register to implement amendments to the Volcker Rule contained in sections 203 and 204 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act. The agencies will accept comments on this notice of proposed rulemaking through March 11, 2019.

Important Brexit Update: Changes To SI Reference Data

The RDU SI Registry file formats are being updated with two new fields to account for Brexit to distinguish between the UK SI regime, the EU SI regime or both. This will require all SIs to resubmit their SI status for all entries prior to Brexit. Below are some key dates for the release. Clients need to have submitted their SI status with the two new fields by March 30th in order to remain part of the registry.
