Nasdaq Files Form 8-K Announcing Entry Into Material Definitive Agreements And Other Events

On April 1, 2019, Nasdaq filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) disclosing, among other things, (i) the entry by Nasdaq and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee, into a Sixth Supplemental Indenture to the Indenture, dated June 7, 2013, between Nasdaq and the trustee and (ii) the submission of a notice to redeem Nasdaq’s 5.55% Senior Notes due 2020. The Supplemental Indenture relates to the sale by Nasdaq of €600 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2029.

On the eve of Equal Pay Day, a new Arjuna Capital/Proxy Impact report ranking 46 of the world’s largest companies on gender and racial pay equity hands out an “A” to only one company: Citigroup. A failing grade of “F” is awarded to half (23) of the total group of companies, including Goldman Sachs, Oracle, McDonalds, Walmart, and Colgate. OCC Cleared Contract Volume Down Seven Percent In March

OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization, announced today that total cleared contract volume in March reached 411,838,353 contracts, a 7.0 percent decline compared to last March. OCC's year-to-date average daily cleared contract volume is 19,482,998, down 15.1 percent compared to 2018's record-breaking pace.
