The Board of Directors of SIX has proposed Thomas Wellauer (64) as its new Chairman with effect from 15 March 2020. The formal election will take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting in December 2019. Thomas Wellauer will succeed Romeo Lacher, who announced his resignation at the beginning of 2019. Romeo Lacher will remain Chairman until 15 March 2020. Thomas Wellauer has many years of experience both in senior management and on various boards of directors of international companies in the financial and pharmaceutical industries. During his career, he has assumed central leadership roles, making significant contributions to the development of the respective organizations.

The FMA today apologised for a privacy breach that meant complaints documents sent to the regulator between 2015 and 2017 were potentially accessible via internet searches.

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that it has implemented improvements and advancements to its electronic disclosure system and mechanisms, which will keep pace with the latest technologies and best practice applied in global exchanges. Through these digital enhancements, which came into effect on 1st November, companies will be able to practice immediate disclosure without the need for prior approval from the Exchange except for trading suspensions, resumption of trading and insider trading situations.

• Company completed its acquisition of First Data in the quarter;
• GAAP revenue growth of 122% in the quarter and 44% year to date;
• GAAP EPS decrease of 40% in the quarter and 36% year to date;
• Internal revenue growth of 6% in both the quarter and year to date;
• Adjusted EPS increase of 17% in the quarter and 16% year to date;
• Company now expects 2019 internal revenue growth of 6% and
• Adjusted EPS growth of 16% to 17% for the full year
