Circular Of Shanghai International Energy Exchange On Listing Price For TSR 20 Futures Contracts

Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange (hereinafter referred to as INE) has released its Circular on Listing Price for TSR 20 Futures Contracts on August 9, 2019. In accordance with the General Exchange Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other applicable rulesapplicable rules, INE hereby notifies the listing prices for the contracts on August 12, 2019 as follows:

Tokyo Commodity Exchange To Launch Electricity Futures On September 17

The Tokyo Commodity Exchange announced today regulatory approval for electricity futures. TOCOM applied for a trial listing for futures contracts with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on March 27th and it was announced in the official gazette dated April 25th.

Instead I ended up in Austria—not teaching English. Correction: FIA Announces Don Byron, Head Of Global Industry Operations & Execution

FIA President and CEO Walt Lukken today announced that Don Byron will be joining the association as Head of Global Industry Operations and Execution. This senior position will be responsible for developing and implementing industry solutions relating to clearing operations, execution technology, cybersecurity, and market structure issues and will be the principal FIA liaison with the Divisions and Committees representing these issue areas. He will be based in Chicago with global responsibilities.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it has voted to propose rule amendments to modernize the description of business, legal proceedings, and risk factor disclosures that registrants are required to make pursuant to Regulation S-K. The proposed amendments are intended to update the rules to improve disclosures for investors and to simplify compliance efforts for registrants.

US Department Of Justice: Former CEO Of Israeli Company Found Guilty Of Orchestrating $145 Million Binary Options Fraud Scheme

The former CEO of the Israel-based company Yukom Communications, a purported sales and marketing company, was found guilty yesterday for orchestrating a scheme to defraud investors in the United States and worldwide by fraudulently marketing approximately $145 million in financial instruments known as “binary options.”
