Dalian Commodity Exchange: “Futures Serving The Real Economy” Training Held In Fuzhou

The “Futures Serving the Real Economy” Training for senior executives of medium and large-sized enterprises and listed companies in Fujian Province is held in Fuzhou on July 31, 2019. It is hosted by Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau (FSRB), the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Fujian Province and Fujian Financial Supervision Bureau (FFSB), co-organized by the Fujian Securities and Futures Association (FSFA) and the Fujian Listed Companies Association, and organized by Funeng Futures Co., Ltd. About 350 senior executives from medium-size and large enterprises, listed companies and financial institutions in Fujian take part in the training. Chen Wenjie, FSFA Secretary-General, presides over the training; FSRB Deputy Director Zhang Qing and DCE Vice President Wang Yufei deliver speeches respectively.

US Federal Court Orders Defendants To Pay More Than $2.7 Million In A Forex Fraud Scheme

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia entered a default judgment against defendants Kevin Andre Perry and Lucrative Pips Corporation of Atlanta, Georgia in an enforcement action in which the Commission alleged the defendants fraudulently solicited and misappropriated nearly $700,000 from more than 50 clients in a forex trading scheme.

The end-of-July short interest represent 5.08 days average daily Nasdaq Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 4.37 days for the prior reporting period.
