The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the August 2019 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the August 2019 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Regarding the matter in the title, we would like to inform you that it has been decided as below,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 6.10 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the Freight Charge Spread of delivery of the August-2019 and September-2019 contract months in TOCOM designated warehouses located in Aichi prefecture shall be JPY 8 between Tokyo-Nagoya.

Nadex Adjusts Strike Width For US Indices Binary Contracts

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act and Commission Regulation §40.6(d)(2)(iv), Nadex is providing notice that due to increased volatility in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex US Indices contracts are based, Nadex adjusted the strike width for its Daily US Tech 100 Binary contracts from 6 to 12, its Daily Wall Street 30 Binary contracts from 20 to 40, its Daily US 500 Binary contracts from 3 to 6, and its Daily US SmallCap 2000 from 2 to 4. The changes began on August 5, 2019 and continued through August 9, 2019.

CFTC Charges International Enterprise With Operating A $103 Million Fraudulent Binary Options Trading Scheme

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission today filed a civil enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois charging five entities and four individuals with fraud relating to a global retail binary options enterprise that targeted and victimized U.S. residents. As alleged in the complaint, the defendants executed their unlawful scheme through internet websites using fictitious trade names such as BigOption, BinaryBook, and BinaryOnline.

ETFGI Reports Assets Invested In The Global ETFs And ETPs Industry Reached A New Record US$5.74 Trillion At The End Of July 2019

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs/ETPs ecosystem, reported today that ETFs and ETPs listed Globally gathered net inflows of US$60.19 billion in July, bringing year-to-date net inflows to US$269.73 billion.
