SOLARPROFIT will carry out a capital increase and, additionally and simultaneously, a public share offering in the next few days. Once both are completed, it will publish an appendix to the Information Document with the results of both. The company's Board of Directors will take the subscription price in the capital increase as the reference price for the start trading.

Shanghai International Energy Exchange has announced its Circular on Releasing the Revised Standard Contract for TSR20 Futures and Related Implementation Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchanges follows:

After being approved by the board of directors of Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, INE hereby releases the revised versions of its Standard Contract for TSR20 Futures of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, the Risk Management Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange, which will come into effect as of the date of June 1,2022.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued restriction notices to Emperor Securities Limited and Get Nice Securities Limited, prohibiting them from dealing with or processing certain assets held in 17 trading accounts which are related to a suspected social media ramp-and-dump scam involving manipulation of the market in late October 2021 in the shares of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
