Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. Announces Filing Of Registration Statement For Initial Public Offering Of Class A Common Stock

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (CME Holdings), parent company of Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The offering will consist of shares to be offered by CME Holdings and by certain shareholders of CME Holdings.
