Euronext Reports H1 2003 Results: Satisfactory Revenue Growth In A Difficult Environment And Ongoing Cost Control Lead To A Strong Improvement Of EBITA : +24.8%

H1 2003 Revenues: €511.4 million, up 3.9 % Costs: €351.9 million, down 3.5% EBITA: €159.5 million, up 24.8% Euronext NV reports today its results for the second quarter of 2003. Compared to Q2, 2002, EBITA improved strongly, from €59.7mn to €85.9 mn, up 43.9%. This performance results from steady revenue growth (up 6.0%) as well as from the announced ongoing cost control (down 5.9% QoQ).
