The SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand with publication against Cicorel Holding SA for negligent violation of provisions of the Listing Rules regarding ad hoc publicity. The reprimand by the SWX refers to the manner in which the media release regarding the annual financial statements for 2002 was published. Due to a technical problem, Cicorel published the media release selectively during trading hours.

PJM daily electricity futures set a single session trading volume record on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., yesterday when 636 contracts were traded on NYMEX ClearPortsm, surpassing the 524 contracts traded on November 6.
