Ceragon Networks Dual-Lists On The Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange

The Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange is delighted to welcome Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems. Ceragon’s shares began trading on the TASE on Sunday, September 12, 2004, in addition to trading on Nasdaq. Ceragon will join the TA-100 and Tel-Tech indices.

The relative weight changes reflect the quarterly updates to the float shares of various companies. Changes to the indices are in accordance with S&P/TSX Composite Index Maintenance Policies.
