Standard & Poor’s Announces Change To U.S. Index

American Land Lease Inc. (NYSE:ANL) will replace Cornerstone Realty Income Trust Inc. (NYSE:TCR) in the S&P REIT Composite index after the close of trading on Friday, April 1, 2005. Cornerstone Realty is being acquired by S&P SmallCap 600 and S&P REIT Composite constituent Colonial Properties Trust (NYSE:CLP) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending shareholder approval.
