Today, the shares of Dottikon, a Swiss chemicals company focusing on exclusive synthesis, were traded in the main segment of the SWX Swiss Exchange for the first time. Dottikon ES Holding AG is a spin-off of the Ems chemicals group. The newly created shares were offered to existing shareholders with subscription rights. The SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand with related publication against Lonza Group AG, Basel, for violation of provisions of the Listing Rules. The SWX reprimand refers primarily to incorrect presentation of an impairment in its segment reporting in the 2003 consolidated financial statements.
