New York Stock Exchange Regulation announced today that it has censured and imposed a requirement upon David A. Noyes & Co., Inc. of Chicago, Illinois (“Noyes”), a member firm, to pay $550,000 for unsuitable sales of variable annuities to customers, and improper supervision.
