    The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed an emergency enforcement action in federal court charging two New York men, Faisal Zafar and Sameer Thawani, with perpetrating an ongoing securities fraud over the Internet. The complaint alleges that since late 2004 and as recently as March 2006, Zafar and Thawani have engaged in a "pump and dump" scheme to manipulate the market for at least 24 thinly traded "microcap" or "smallcap" stocks.     The OMX Annual General Meeting (AGM) convened earlier today in Stockholm and voted in favor of all resolutions proposed at the meeting, including: The AGM approved the distribution of a dividend of SEK 6.50 to shareholders, comprising of a regular dividend of SEK 3.00 per share and an extra dividend of SEK 3.50 per share. The record date was determined as April 11, 2006. The dividend is scheduled to be distributed on April 18, 2006.

The vendors of market information to private investors get real-time prices from the OMX exchanges in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki at the lowest prices in Europe. The change will be implemented in connection with the Nordic list which is launched on October 2.
