  • TSX Group – Christmas/New Years Closures

    Both Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange will be closed for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26, 2006. The exchanges will also be closed on Monday, January 1, 2007 for New Years Day. Both exchanges will have regular trading hours on Friday, December 22 and Friday December 29, 2006. The last day for trading to settle in 2006 will be Friday, December 22, 2006.

  • SEC: Further Relief From The Section 404 Requirements For Smaller Companies And Newly Public Companies

    The Chicago Board Options Exchange said today that the CBOE S&P 500 BuyWrite Index, "BXM," reached an all-time high closing price of 800.43 on Thursday, December 14th. This was the first time ever that the Index closed above 800.

    The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today that effective immediately, a new brand of pulp will be available for delivery beginning with the December 2006 contract, which expires on December 20, 2006.
