Winnipeg Commodity Exchange: FCM Customer Initial Margins

The following initial and maintenance margins apply to non-participant speculative accounts held with FCMs. Non-participants holding hedge based positions may apply for a hedge exemption under Rule 4E.08. The minimum margin level under the hedge exemption is the clearinghouse margin.

WisdomTree Lists Ten New International Sector ETFs On The NYSE - First Pure International Sector ETFs

NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE: NYX) today announced that WisdomTree Investments listed 10 new International Sector exchange traded funds on the NYSE. As the first ETFs to offer pure international sector exposure in a fundamentally-weighted dividend index, the WisdomTree sector ETFs focus on specific industry sectors and consist of only international equity securities.

SEC Sanctions Statoil For Bribes To Iranian Government Official

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the institution of a settled enforcement action against Statoil, ASA, a Norway-based and New York Stock Exchange listed multinational oil company, for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), which prohibits bribery of foreign government officials.
