Securities And Exchange Commission And PCAOB Announce Panelists For May 10th Roundtable On Second-Year Experiences with Internal Control Reporting And Auditing Provisions
The Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board announced today the panelists for the upcoming roundtable on second-year experiences with the reporting and auditing requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 related to companies’ internal control over financial reporting. The roundtable will feature a broad range of stakeholders involved with internal control reporting — including issuers, auditors, investors, and other interested parties.

OneChicago Reports April Volume - YTD Volume Up 47%
OneChicago, LLC reported today that 289,131 security futures contracts traded at the Exchange in April, about the same amount as in April 2005. Average daily volume (ADV) was 15,217, up 10.2% from last April when there were two additional trading days. Year-to-date volume is up 47% over 2005. Open interest stood at 871,132 contracts April 28.

New KCBT Volume Records Set For April - KCBT Volume Nearly 58 Percent Ahead For Year
The Kansas City Board of Trade year-to-date volume is running 57.8 percent ahead of last year following active trading in April that brought new April records for the wheat futures contract, the wheat options contract and the exchange as a whole.

Millicom International Cellular S.A. To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning May 8, 2006
Millicom International Cellular S.A. (NASDAQ:MICC) of Luxembourg, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (NASDAQ:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (NASDAQ:NDXE) and the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Tech Sector Index (NASDAQ: NDXT) prior to market open on Monday, May 8, 2006. Millicom will replace Pixar (NASDAQ:PIXR). Millicom will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (NASDAQ:QQQQ).

ISE Reports Monthly Volume For April 2006 - Average Daily Volume Of 2.4 Million Contracts, Up 35% from April 2005
The International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) today reported that average daily trading volume for equity and index options contracts for April 2006 increased 35.2% to 2.4 million contracts as compared to 1.8 million contracts during the same period in 2005. Total equity and index options volume for the month increased 22.3% to 45.2 million contracts from 37.0 million contracts in the same year-ago period.
