ICE Futures U.S. Extends Electronic Trading Hours for Russell Indexes and USDX(R) Futures Contracts

ICE Futures U.S., Inc. (formerly the New York Board of Trade), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced today that, effective at 8:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, September 6, 2007, it will extend the electronic trading hours for its Russell Indexes and US Dollar Index(R) (USDX) futures contracts to 6:00 p.m. ET. Currently the electronic trading day for these contracts ends at 4:15 p.m. ET.

CME Group Inc. Announces Final Results Of Self-Tender Offer

CME Group Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: CME) today announced the final results of its tender offer to purchase up to 6,250,000 shares of its outstanding Class A common stock (including the associated preferred stock purchase rights) at a price of $560 per share, net to the seller in cash, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest. The tender offer expired at 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on August 29, 2007.

Tognum Replaces Patrizia Immobilien In MDAX - Deutsche Börse Reviews Index Composition - Changes Are Effective On 24 September

On Wednesday, Deutsche Börse has decided on changes in its equity indices, MDAX® SDAX® and TecDAX® that will take effect on 24 September. Tognum will be included in MDAX and will replace Patrizia Immobilien. Tognum was admitted on the basis of the so-called regular-entry rule, because the company is ranked 60th or better in terms of both market capitalization and trading volume.
