NYSE Arca To Offer New Portfolio Closing Cross - New After Hours Portfolio Crossing Service (PCS) Enables Execution Of Entire Portfolios On NYSE Arca
NYSE ArcaSM (formerly known as the Archipelago Exchange, or ArcaEx® ), the nation’s first open, all-electronic stock exchange, today announced that it has implemented a Portfolio Crossing Service (PCS) to allow for the execution and reporting of entire portfolios (baskets) of stock at the conclusion of the late trading session. NYSE Arca clients can trade baskets of a minimum of 15 stocks valued at least $1 million.

NYMEX Announces Richard Schaeffer Elected Chairman, Other Election Results
NYMEX Holdings, Inc. announced today that its Inspector of Elections, American Stock Transfer and Trust Company (AST), has provided preliminary, uncertified results of the voting for the election of directors at the company’s 2006 annual meeting held yesterday. A list of final certified results for the reduced 15-person board will be provided by AST in one to two days and will be made publicly available.

New FTSE AIM Supersector Index Series
FTSE Group, the award-winning index provider, and the London Stock Exchange today introduced the new FTSE AIM All-Share Supersector Indices to the FTSE AIM Index Series. The new sector indices are derived from the FTSE AIM All-Share Index and are based on the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). They will comprise 18 new sector indices for the UK market.

IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. Reports First Quarter Diluted EPS Of $0.33, Revenue Increase Of 58.0 Percent And Net Income Increase Of 121.7 Percent - Record Quarter In Revenues, Net Income, Operating Margin And Trading Volume
IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) today reported first quarter 2006 consolidated revenues of $50.3 million, an increase of 58.0% from $31.8 million in the first quarter of 2005. In the quarter ending March 31, 2006, consolidated net income totaled $19.7 million, for an increase of 121.7% over the $8.9 million earned in the first quarter of 2005.
