Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, August 4, 2009: The shares of Regal Energy Ltd. (TSXVN:REG) will trade under the new name Novus Energy Inc. The new ticker symbol will be "NVS" and the new CUSIP number will be 67011D 10 7. The capital of the company will be consolidated on a 1-for-10 basis.

Bentsen, Jr. as Executive Vice President, Public Policy and Advocacy and head of SIFMA’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Bentsen joins SIFMA from the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, where he has served as president and chief operating officer since 2006.
