Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“Company”) announces the conclusion of the issuance of US$612 million in senior unsecured notes due 2020 in an offering exempt from registration under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Securities Act"). The notes will bear interest at the annual rate of 5.50%, payable semi-annually in January and July of each year.
