Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Listing Parameters Of No. 1 Soybean And Soybean Oil Serial Options

To better meet the needs of enterprises for refined short-term risk management, Dalian Commodity Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “DCE”) will list No. 1 Soybean and Soybean Oil Serial Options contracts starting from the trading session on June 1, 2026 (i.e., the night trading session on May 29, 2026).

Monetary Authority Of Singapore Revokes The Major Payment Institution Licence Of Bsquared Technology Pte Ltd

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has revoked the Major Payment Institution Licence of Bsquared Technology Pte Ltd (BSQ) with effect from 14 May 2026. BSQ is no longer permitted to provide digital payment token services in Singapore under the Payment Services Act 2019 (PS Act) from the same date.

Announcement On The Amendments To The No. 1 Soybean Options Contract Of Dalian Commodity Exchange And Soybean Oil Options Contract Of Dalian Commodity Exchange

The amendments to the No. 1 Soybean Options Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Soybean Oil Options Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange, upon discussion and approval at the 75th meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of Dalian Commodity Exchange, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the promulgation date. The listing and trading time and relevant matters of the No. 1 Soybean and Soybean Oil serial options contracts shall be announced separately.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore: Two Individuals Convicted For Offences Under The Securities And Futures Act

In two separate cases, Mr Tan Chun Yong (Mr Tan) and Mr Xie Jianfeng (Mr Xie) were convicted and sentenced on 19 May 2026 to 10 weeks’ imprisonment, and to a fine of $200,000 respectively, for trading offences under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
