HKFE Announces Revised Margins For China Merchants Bank Futures

Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 27 February 2013, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company’s normal procedures and standard margining methodology.

The Palestine Exchange (PEX) received the annual report of Palestine Securities Exchange Company (PSE). It includes audited financial statement for the fiscal year 2012. PEX disclosure rules give all PEX listed companies three months from the date of the end of the company’s fiscal year to report their annual financial statements audited by the companies’ independent external auditor. In addition to this press release, this disclosure was published on the PEX website (www.pex.ps) and emailed to PEX member securities firms.

Qatar Exchange Launches Sponsored Access & Liquidity Provider Activities

The Qatar Exchange announced the launch of the “Sponsored Access” and the “Liquidity Provider” facilities, whereby the first activity will allow Sponsoring Members to provide eligible customers (Sponsored Participants) direct access to the trading system of Qatar Exchange, while the second activity will enable members to submit LP applications for the QE 20 index-constituent securities in accordance with the governing rules.
