Circular On Releasing The Revised Trading Rules Of The Shanghai Futures Exchange And Other Relevant Rules For The Introduction Of Market Order And Spread Order

The revised Trading Rules, Options Trading Rules, Risk Management Rules and Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange have been adopted by the Board of Directors of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), and reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. These rules are hereby released and shall take effect on July 6, 2026.

CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Letter For Swap Post-Trade Risk Reduction Services

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Clearing and Risk, Division of Market Oversight, and Market Participants Division today announced they have taken no-action positions related to a request from three service providers, Capitolis Partners LLC, Quantile Technologies Limited (as part of the London Stock Exchange Group plc), and TriOptima AB (as part of OSTTRA) that offer post-trade risk reduction services (PTRRS) for swaps in the form of portfolio rebalancing and basis risk mitigation.
