Shanghai Stock Exchange Trading Floor Holds Another Listed Company’s Performance Briefing
Following the first annual performance briefing of 2012 of Zhejiang CHINT Electrics Co., Ltd., Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. also held its annual performance briefing of 2012 at the trading floor of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) on April 25. The road show center of SSE InfoNet Ltd. provided the platform service and the network support for this briefing.

Equinix Reports First Quarter 2013 Results
- Reported revenues of $519.5 million, a 3% increase over the previous quarter and a 17% increase over the same quarter last year
- Reiterated 2013 annual guidance of revenues to be greater than $2,200.0 million, adjusted EBITDA to be greater than $1,010.0 million and total capital expenditures to be in the range of $550.0 to $650.0 million

SEC: Fee Rate Advisory #3 For Fiscal Year 2013
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that starting on May 25, 2013, the fee rates applicable to most securities transactions will decrease from $22.40 per million dollars to $17.40 per million dollars. The assessment on security futures transactions will remain unchanged at $0.0042 for each round turn transaction.

New Service Provider For The Operation Of The CSA National Systems
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) are pleased to announce that a new service agreement has been entered into with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. (CGI) pursuant to which CGI will take over the hosting, operation and maintenance of the System for Electronic Documents Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and the National Registration Database (NRD) (collectively, the CSA National Systems) later this year when the agreement with the current service provider expire.

CBOE Holdings Statement On Today's Trading Issue
CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) statement regarding this morning's trading issue:
This morning, a system issue delayed the opening of options trading at Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 8:30 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. CT. Trading at C2 Options Exchange (C2), CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) and CBOE Stock Exchange (CBSX) opened as scheduled. The malfunction that impacted CBOE was an internal systems issue and not the result of any outside influence. The issue, which affected validation of certain orders and the communication of cancel/fill reports, has been corrected.

Financial Stability Oversight Council Releases Third Annual Report
The Financial Stability Oversight Council (Council) today unanimously approved its 2013 annual report, which was developed collaboratively by the members of the Council and their agencies and staff. Under the Dodd-Frank Act, the Council must report annually to Congress on a range of issues, including the activities of the Council, significant financial market and regulatory developments, and potential emerging threats to the financial stability of the United States. The report must also make recommendations to promote market discipline, maintain investor confidence, and enhance the integrity, efficiency, competitiveness, and stability of U.S. financial markets.
