The average number of trades per trading day was 382,738, compared to 321,327 during the past 12-month period. The total market cap of listed companies at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange amounted to EUR 993 billion, compared to EUR 842 billion in February 2013. -

UK's Financial Conduct Authority Publishes Two Warning Notice Statements

The FCA has today issued two Warning Notice Statements. This is the fourth and fifth time FCA have issued a Warning Notice Statement since it was given the power to do so by the Financial Services Act 2012. DME (Dubai Mercantile Exchange) today announced record average daily trading volumes ("ADV") of 10,764 lots in February 2014, equivalent to almost 10.764 million barrels of crude oil per day. February’s total is 84% higher than February last year and is a 32% increase on the previous month.

We, the leaders of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States and the President of the European Commission and President of the European Council, join together today to condemn the Russian Federation’s clear violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, in contravention of Russia’s obligations under the UN Charter and its 1997 basing agreement with Ukraine. We call on Russia to address any ongoing security or human rights concerns that it has with Ukraine through direct negotiations, and/or via international observation or mediation under the auspices of the UN or the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
