International Securities Exchange Trades 15 Millionth Contract Through Implied Order
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today announced that trading of multi-legged strategy orders through its Implied Order functionality has exceeded 15 million contracts. Since ISE launched Implied Order functionality in May 2012, it has accounted for approximately 10 percent of all non-crossing, multi-legged contract volume executed on ISE. With the notable success of Implied Orders, the functionality has tightened spreads on ISE's regular order book, which has improved executions for exchange members with both single- and multi-legged orders.

Athens Exchange: Continuation Of Suspension Of Trading Of The Shares Of The Companies BANK OF CYPRUS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD And CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD
Following the notification of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission by the Cyprus Capital Market Commission, following the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Athens Exchange decided the continuation of the suspension of trading of the shares of the companies "BANK OF CYPRUS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD" and "CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD" on ATHEX, until July 31, 2013 (included), according to article 46 par. 3 of L. 3606/2007.

NEXPONOR To Be The Largest Listing On NYSE Alternext In 2013 - Real Estate Fund To Raise 65 Million Euros
The real estate fund NEXPONOR (ticker: ALNOR) promoted by the Associação Empresarial de Portugal (AEP), the Portuguese Entrepreneurial Association, with assets from Exponor, will be admitted to listing on NYSE Alternext on 3 June 2013 with over 65 million euros raised, thus becoming the largest operation registered this year on NYSE Euronext’s market designed for SMEs with more flexible listing requirements.

Federal Court In New York Imposes A $1 Million Fine And Other Sanctions Against Kevin Cassidy, Former CEO Of Optionable Inc. Cassidy Settles CFTC Charges Of Defrauding The Bank Of Montreal
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it obtained a federal court order requiring Defendant Kevin Cassidy, formerly of Bedford Hills, New York, former CEO of Optionable Inc., to pay a $1 million civil monetary penalty for violating the anti-fraud provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and CFTC Regulations. The order was entered on May 28, 2013, by the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

ESMA Approves Economist Intelligence Unit As A Credit Rating Agency
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has formally approved the registration of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), based in the United Kingdom, as a credit rating agency (CRA) under Article 16 of the CRA Regulation. The registration takes effect from 3 June 2013.
