BM&FBOVESPA Widens Its Offer In Interest Rate Derivatives - Portfolio To Include New Products Referenced On The Average Rate In Repurchase Agreements Backed By Federal Securities
BM&FBOVESPA will widen its interest rate product range on May 27th. Three new derivatives referenced to the average rate in one-day repurchase agreements backed by Federal securities are being introduced: the U.S. Dollar Spread Future Contract Referencing One-Day Repurchase Agreements (DCO); the U.S. Dollar Swap with Reset Referencing One-Day Repurchase Agreements (SCS); and the Forward Rate Agreement on One-Day Repurchase Agreements structured transaction (FRO).

European Parliament: MEPs Set To Dig Deeper Into Troika's Cyprus Deal
Pressure to reveal how the Cyprus financial plans were hatched would continue, the chair of Parliament's economic and monetary affairs committee, said on Tuesday when she closed a debate with Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem that left various MEPs less than fully satisfied on the quality of the answers provided.

SEC Charges Traders In Massive Kickback Scheme Involving Venezuelan Official
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged four individuals with ties to a New York City brokerage firm in a scheme involving millions of dollars in illicit bribes paid to a high-ranking Venezuelan finance official to secure the bond trading business of a state-owned Venezuelan bank.

- Immofinanz AG is the 53rd foreign company listed on the WSE and the 2nd foreign company to introduce its shares to the Main Market in 2013.
- The property development company is the second Austrian issuer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Direct Edge Regulatory Notice #13-02 – Section 31 Fee Changes
As announced in Fee Rate Advisory #3 for Fiscal Year 2013, effective Saturday, May 25, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will decrease the Section 31 transaction fees for most securities transactions from $22.40 per million dollars to $17.40 per million dollars. EDGA Exchange and EDGX Exchange will apply this new rate to transactions on and after the trade date of Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

Platts Power Generation Tracker: West Europe’s 20 Gigawatts New Capacity - Power Stations Nearing Completion, But Construction Starts Slow On Uncertainty
More than 20 gigawatts (GW) of gas- and coal-fired power station capacity is presently under construction in West Europe, despite stagnant demand and below-cost wholesale power prices, the latest Platts power generation analysis shows.
