The FCA is keen to promote effective competition in this market.   • Nasdaq Announces 28% Increase In Quarterly Dividend To $0.32 Per Share

    The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share on the company's outstanding common stock, a 28% increase from the prior $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on June 24, 2016, to shareowners of record at the close of business on June 10, 2016.  Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

  • Markit Launches CRS Due Diligence Solution - Barclays And Brown Brothers Harriman Sign Up For Service

    Markit (Nasdaq: MRKT), a leading global provider of financial information services, today announced the launch of Markit │CTI Tax Solutions for the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) which identifies tax residency and performs due diligence on customer accounts. Barclays, Brown Brothers Harriman and other major industry participants supported the design and testing of the solution and have signed on for the service in order to meet their CRS requirements.
