In connection with a monthly share savings plan for employees of subsidiaries, Oslo Børs VPS Holding has sold a total of 1943 shares. New holding is 3431 shares. Employees paid a share price of NOK 86,50 per share, but were allowed a discount of 20% on purchases up to NOK 625.

Federal Reserve's Secure Payments Task Force Identifies Key Priorities, Seeks Comments

The 160-member task force convened by the Federal Reserve to advance the safety, security and resiliency of the national payment system is asking the industry for comments on its efforts to enhance payment identity management, data protection, and information sharing related to payments risk and fraud.

EBA: Consultation On ITS On MREL Reporting By Resolution Authorities (EBA-CP-2016-15)

The European Banking Authority (EBA) launched today a public consultation on draft Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on the procedures and templates which Resolution Authorities should use when informing the EBA of the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) that have been set for each institution under their jurisdiction. These standards will enable the EBA to monitor on a consistent basis the implementation of MREL across the Union. The consultation runs until 21 November 2016.

Comptroller Of The Currency Discuss Interagency Collaboration
