The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced that it will extend until February 21, 2026, the comment period on its proposal to improve stress test model and scenario transparency and accountability. The Board extended the comment period to allow interested parties more time to analyze the issues and prepare their comments.

CFTC Charges Two Men, Their Unregistered Commodity Pool With Futures Fraud, Registration Violations

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it has filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against Brian Mitchell of Michigan, Kevin Mack Jr. of Maryland, and their Michigan company, Young Pros Investment Group LLC. The complaint alleges the defendants fraudulently solicited and accepted approximately $1 million from roughly 33 participants of a commodity pool operated by YPIG. It also alleges Mitchell violated a prior CFTC administrative order.

Ontario Securities Commission: Michael Aonso Of Strike Holdings Inc. Sentenced To 90 Days In Jail For Securities Act Offences

The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) announces that Mr. Michael Aonso of Mississauga, Ontario has been convicted for unregistered trading and illegal distribution of the securities of Strike Holdings Inc. Mr. Aonso was sentenced by the Ontario Court of Justice to 90 days in jail.
