Thanks also to Hal [Scott] and Ken [Jimbo] for the invitation to join you in Japan for Harvard Law School Program on International Financial Systems (“PIFS”) annual symposium and to provide the keynote address during the dinner session.[1] You have my appreciation for your efforts to further the important trans-pacific relationship between our countries. I regret that I cannot join you in-person this year in Karuizawa.

- Peer review finds Dutch authorities have been long committed to enhancing the financial sector’s cyber resilience and developed several leading practices.
- Dutch authorities and government agencies demonstrate high levels of cooperation and information sharing with each other and with the industry.
- The FSB recommends that Dutch authorities regularly review information sharing mechanisms, promote expanded cyber resilience testing and establish a national analysis of third-party risks.

Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) released an announcement on requesting public comments on the revised TSR 20 futures contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the other implementing rule, as shown below:
According to the Futures and Derivatives Law, Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading, Measures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable rules and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) proposes to revise the Standard TSR 20 Futures Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and the Delivery Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and is requesting public comments on above revisions.
