Shenzhen Stock Exchange Studies And Implements The Guiding Principles Of The Fourth Plenary Session Of The 19th CPC Central Committee And Makes Every Effort To Advance Key Reform Tasks

Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) held the Party Committee meeting, the Party Committee Central Group meeting and the meeting for the middle management and above, on November 1, 4 and 7, respectively. Attendees studied the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, the Decisions of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Concerning Adhering to and Perfecting the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics and Modernizing the State Governance System and Capability (hereinafter referred to as the “Decisions”), General Secretary Xi Jinping’s account of the drafting of The Decisions, and CSRC Chairman Yi Huiman’s speech on how to study and implement these guiding principles. Proceeding from the working reality of SZSE, they also discussed and arranged how to implement the above guiding principles.

CFTC Approves Transfer Of trueEX LLC Swap Execution Registration To Tassat Derivatives LLC

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued an order on November 6, 2019, approving the transfer of the trueEX LLC swap execution facility (SEF) registration to Tassat Derivatives LLC. Tassat is a Delaware limited liability company located in New York City. trueEX was granted registration as a SEF by the CFTC on January 22, 2016. [See Press Release No. 7313-16] 

TMX Group Limited Increases Dividend To $0.66 Per Common Share

The Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited today declared a dividend of $0.66 on each common share outstanding, an increase of $0.04 or 6% from the previous $0.62 per common share. This dividend is payable on December 6, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2019.
